2017 LEAD Event: Reducing Barriers for Survivors

Violence Free Colorado and CCASA advocate at the state Capitol to address issues that impact survivors of domestic and sexual violence. On LEAD, we work together with YOU to ensure that policymakers at the state level hear and understand the needs of survivors throughout Colorado.

8:30am – Registration opens
9:00 – LEAD Programming begins
12:30pm – Lunches
1:30 – LEAD Programming continues
2:30 – Meetings with Legislators
6:00pm – Networking Reception focused on Violence Free Colorado/CCASA Housing Issues at 1330 Fox Street, Denver

Join us in Denver on January 19th, 2017 for a day of advocacy, education, and action! Learn about statewide budget and policy issues that impact survivors of domestic violence, share lunch with your colleagues from around the state, and visit the legislators who represent you.
LEAD is a free event and all are welcome. You must register to attend!
Violence Free Colorado/CCASA Members will be reimbursed for lodging.
