Esta sesi\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la terminolog\u00eda b\u00e1sica para examinar los prejuicios, las suposiciones comunes y las barreras del mundo real a las que se enfrentan los supervivientes 2SLGBTQIA+ cuando buscan ayuda, sobre todo en entornos con recursos limitados. Los participantes se concienciar\u00e1n sobre la comunicaci\u00f3n inclusiva, el uso de pronombres en situaciones de crisis, consideraciones sobre el acceso a los refugios y pr\u00e1cticas de defensa culturalmente receptivas. Mediante el debate y la reflexi\u00f3n basados en escenarios, exploraremos c\u00f3mo pueden aplicarse los enfoques informados por el trauma en programas locales y contextos comunitarios espec\u00edficos. Los participantes se ir\u00e1n con herramientas pr\u00e1cticas, un lenguaje m\u00e1s claro y mejores pr\u00e1cticas concretas que podr\u00e1n adaptar inmediatamente en sus propias agencias, equipos y comunidades.    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Biograf\u00eda del ponente:<\/p>\n<p>Castro (ellos\/ellas) trabaja como Responsable de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n en Rocky Mountain Equality. Dirige cursos de formaci\u00f3n sobre competencia cultural LGBTQ+ para organizaciones de todo Colorado y m\u00e1s all\u00e1, y apoya los esfuerzos de defensa a escala estatal centrados en la seguridad y la equidad de la comunidad. Castro aporta experiencia de The Trevor Project, The Posse Foundation, The Andrew W. Mellon Mays Foundation y Youth Speaks. Con formaci\u00f3n en Arte de Estudio e Historia del Arte por el Carleton College, integra la creatividad, la facilitaci\u00f3n informada por el trauma y la pr\u00e1ctica centrada en la comunidad para
