La elevada coocurrencia del maltrato infantil y la violencia dom\u00e9stica es indiscutible. Adem\u00e1s, incluso presenciar la violencia dom\u00e9stica lleva a los ni\u00f1os a mostrar s\u00edntomas y comportamientos que imitan a los de quienes han sufrido ellos mismos malos tratos f\u00edsicos.  <\/p>\n<p>Los hechos*:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser testigo de violencia entre los propios padres o cuidadores es el factor de riesgo m\u00e1s fuerte de transmisi\u00f3n de conductas violentas de una generaci\u00f3n a otra.<\/li>\n<li>Los ni\u00f1os que presencian violencia dom\u00e9stica tienen el doble de probabilidades de maltratar a sus propias parejas e hijos cuando sean adultos<\/li>\n<li>Entre el 30% y el 60% de los autores de violencia de pareja tambi\u00e9n maltratan a los ni\u00f1os de la casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El elemento m\u00e1s importante para ayudar a los ni\u00f1os a progresar de forma positiva a pesar de su historia de\/exposici\u00f3n al maltrato, es una relaci\u00f3n fuerte y enriquecedora con un progenitor no violento.
